REPORT
A CONCERN
Volleyball England believes that all members of the volleyball community have responsibilities to help protect young people and adults at risk.
If you have any concerns relating to the behaviour of any child or adult involved or spectating at your club, you can report them by completing the Safeguarding Report Form.
We believe all members should feel safe while participating in volleyball. We are committed to providing a safe and fun environment for all members, where all concerns will be listed to, acted on appropriately and all individuals will be treated with respect.
All players, coaches, officials, volunteers, family members and friends associated with Portsmouth Phoenix Volleyball Club should adhere to legislation regarding safeguarding, behaviour and conduct to provide a safe sporting environment for all.
Our Club Welfare Officers are trained to the required standards in ‘Safeguarding and Protecting Children’, ‘Safeguarding Adults’ and ‘Time to Listen, Safeguarding training for club welfare officers’.
Please contact the Club Welfare & Safeguarding Officers: Abigail C. or Aaron L. on safeguarding@portsmouthphoenixvolleyballclub.com with any concerns as everyone should feel safe while participating in volleyball.
Guidance on how to report a concern can be found on the Volleyball England website here.
